Question: Could I have directions to your store?

We are located on 102nd and Washington inside of the Genie Travel shopping center. We are the only business that faces south directly across the street from McDonalds.

 

Question: Does your ink wash out or Will vinyl come off in wash?

We use high end DTG printers. We've washed our own shirts at home and the inks do not wash out. And the vinyl does not peel.

 

Question: What is a heat transfer and does it last?

Your design will be printed on a sheet of opaque paper then transfered onto the shirt. 

This method will not last more then a few washes

 

Question: Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone?

Due to the high volume of calls it is best to leave a message, which will be returned the same business day. (Expect on weekends.) We have a small staff and if we are busy answering calls all day, we cannot service in store customers and turnaround times will be a lot longer.

 

Question: My order is due today but I would like to cancel it, is that alright?
Answer: Yea sure, but we will not refund any money or give in store credit.

 

How is price calculated?

 Pricing is based on four components.

• Type - which garments are ordered.

• Quantity - the number of garments you order with the same design.

• Colors - the number of colors in your design.

• Locations - the amount and locations of printing on the garment.

How can I lower the cost of my order?

• Use fewer design colors: Anything over two colors automatically goes to Digital print.  

 

2. Increase order size: The more shirts of the same design that you order, the less expensive it is for us to produce them.

 

3. Decrease printing locations: Simply put, the fewer locations we have to set up for one apparel order, the less expensive that

apparel will be for the customer. Each printing location on a garment requires more time to set up and complete, so printing just on the front of a shirt versus printing on the front and back will reduce your overall cost.

Why don’t you print DTG on weekends?

Weekend is are our busiest time since other t-shirts shops don’t do weekends. We close early and complete maintenance on our

DTG prints during this time.

 

Can someone help me with my design or artwork?

Sure we can. All in store customers receive 15 minutes of free design time. This allows us to keep pricing reasonable for our customers.
