Store Policies
Payment - Order must be paid in FULL before we start your project.
Returns - If we made a mistake on your order or the product is materially defective, we will replace the defective product you must contact us within 48hrs of picking up order to resolved problem however once order and proof has been submitted we cannot take responsibility for any errors after approval! Please double check sizes and spelling for errors before purchasing order!
Cancellations - Sorry once order and proof has been submitted order cannot be reversed and no refunds can be made.
Design Time - All in store customers get 15 minuets of free design time. Additional design time will cost 60 a hour (=$1 per minute)
Sameday Service - Sameday service is available only to in-store customers all shirts must be availble in our inventory in order to qualify for sameday service. We cannot print full color DTG images sameday however we apply a full color heat trasfer sameday.
Additional print locations can slow down the process. We cannot guarantee any last minute orders so please plan a head for larger and more complex projects.
Print As-is - Low Resolution images are optimized to load fast in browsers and look good on-screen, but they will not look good when printed.
Color Matching - We Cannot Guarantee Color Matching.
Artwork Release Fee - All artwork designed or submitted in our system shell not leave our facility's. However a release fee of $75.00 can get you a JPEG copy of artwork via email.
Tax Exempt - All orders are subject to tax unless proof of tax-exempt status is provided before payment is made. Letters from the IRS do not qualify as proof of tax-exempt status.
Outside Garments - Your garment is being pressed at your own risk. Planet T’s, the owner and employees are not responsible for my garment in any circumstance. There is a fee of $2 per print location that will be added to print cost for all outside garments. Sorry we will not print any outside garments using full color DTG .
Website Quotes - Once your online request has been submitted our staff will review your artwork, once your artwork has been reviewed you'll receive a payment invoice. After payment has been made your project will be placed in production.
Checks - Sorry we don't accept checks.
